1. Right to Refuse Service & Exclusion of Liability

LBZ Driving School reserves the right to perform due diligence prior to accepting students for training lessons or car hire. We reserve the absolute right to refuse any student or booking at our discretion, without the need to provide justification. LBZ Driving School excludes all liability for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from the refusal or cancellation of a booking under these terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any lesson cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or change a lesson with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be liable for the full cost of the scheduled lesson. This policy ensures our instructors' time is respected and allows other students the opportunity to book available slots.

3. Refund Policy

Pre-paid block bookings and intensive courses are non-refundable once the course has commenced. If a refund is requested prior to the commencement of any lessons, an administrative fee may be deducted. If you decide to discontinue lessons halfway through a pre-paid block, the remaining lessons will not be refunded except under exceptional circumstances, decided at the sole discretion of the management.

4. Driving Test Exclusions & Disclaimers

While our instructors provide high-quality training aimed at equipping you with the skills to pass your practical driving test, we cannot guarantee a pass. The outcome of the driving test is solely dependent on the student's performance on the day and the assessment of the DVSA examiner. LBZ Driving School and its instructors accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever in the event that a student fails their driving test.

Additionally, the instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of the training vehicle for the driving test if, in their professional opinion, the student is not at the required standard to take the test safely.
